4 Quick Items Of Ridiculousness After Thursday’s Games
- Why are people getting excited about Southern Cal? They gave up nearly 600 yards of offense to Hawaii. Is that considered good? Maybe in the Pac-10?
- Is Pitt the cream of the crop of the Big East? That can’t be good. Is it just me or does Dave Wannstedt remind you of a loony toon?
- Let’s relax on the Terrelle Pryor Heisman talk after beating Marshall. Look, I think Pryor is great, but it was Marshall. In fact, let’s not talk Heisman until week 3 at a minimum.
- Why is it that whenever Miami wins a game, we have to speculate on the return of the famous “Miami swagger”? Is Miami the only team that ever has or should have “swagger”? This is dumb and Miami isn’t that good.

4. miami has to talk swagger because they don’t have any tradition to talk about. I read some where that they didn’t even sell all of their tix to the ohio state game.
One of the worst excuses of a crowd I’ve ever seen is when I went to my first Miami game at the now demolished Orange Bowl. Horrendous.
