Allow me to introduce to you a man by the name of Chad Gibbs (link to Chad’s blog). I met him last year at Kentucky’s homecoming game against Mississippi State (UK shot themselves in the foot). We’ll tell you more about Chad in the near future, but for now, let me give you a brief intro:

Chad is a SEC football fan – but he’s more than that. Last season, he attended a home football game at every SEC school. Simple math: 12 schools = 12 games = Incredible.

He wrote a book about his experiences and specifically about the way Christian fans in the south balance the two passions in their lives. According to his website, “God and Football is light, funny (I hope), and relatable.” We’ve scheduled an interview with Chad that will give you some more details on the book, but for now, enjoy this timeline he created about SEC football over the past 10 years. You’ll find this humor throughout his book – God and Football: Faith and Fanaticism in the SEC.

By the way, his book was released this month. I just ordered a copy off Amazon, and if you are interested, here is the link.

This timeline was pulled straight from Chad Gibbs’ website – here is the original article. We know you will enjoy it:
