Interesting tidbit brought up by Business Insider in that Nevada cost themselves a million dollars in BCS revenue by beating Boise State.
Essentially, Boise State would have gone to a BCS bowl bringing in millions to the WAC conference which then gets distributed to the teams including Nevada.
Soooooo…. maybe they should have thrown the game?

Actually, the game cost the state of Nevada much more. What was the Vegas line on that?
I am glad to be done with the whole “Boise State gets screwed every year” BS……..
“throw” a game for money?….tisk tisk tisk…I would think that a schools pride is much more valuable than a few bucks.
