Mullen Vows Never To Lose To Ole Miss Again

Mullen Vows Never To Lose To Ole Miss Again

NEW: Discuss this topic in the Google+ community for SEC fans.

Dan Mullen says Mississippi State will never lose to Ole Miss again in his postgame speech to his victorious team. You have to love this guy’s fire as a coach if you’re a State fan! Locker room material next year for the Rebs? I think so.

Is it possible for Ole Miss fans hate State fans even more now?

That can mean several things. He may think Ole Miss will never be the dominant team in the state of Mississippi again, or he might mean he’ll be gone to another school before Ole Miss is back on top. I would bet on the latter. I don’t see Mississippi State keeping Ole Miss down instate, and I don’t think Dan Mullet will be at Mississippi State very long.

Keep wishing… Keep looking though, you may find another school’s castoff/ suspended player that will make your season next year, or the next year, or maybe the next year. There are plenty of suspended players that need a home. Shoot perhaps that player may beat a 1-AA team too!

What a putz . . . any team can lose to any other team on any given Saturday (to steal a slightly changed catch-phrase). Hopefully next year while it’s still fresh in their minds.

He has made Ole Miss look bad 2 years in a row now. First game Ole Miss should have won. I believe he will be in Starkville for a while, and will continue to beat up on The School Up North!

What a classless move… Where did he coach before? Sounds like Lane Kiffin at Tennessee he turned out great…..oh wait…. Don’t count out Nutt.

  5. Such a classless and clueless statement. MooU has a good year, on average about every 8 or 9 years. Things are about to turn very dark for the folks in the land that time forgot. Darkville, MS. Mr. Mullett did not tell a lie, HE will never lose to OLE MISS again because he will be in Miami. MooU is such a joke, John Bond, Rockey Felker, Sherill, Croom, now this idiot. Thanks for the entertainment. All three of MooU’s victories were given to them on a silver platter. To say they are head and shoulders above OLE MISS and aren’t looking back, it’s laughable! Keep dreaming!

Has Ole Miss ever played in the SEC Championship game? NO!!!!!!! To say that States coaches are a joke just shows that those arrogant snobs at The School Up North are not as smart as they wish to believe they are. Sherrill took State to Atlanta, and Mullen will as well. Hate it for the Teddy Bears, but they will not be The Team in MIssissippi for a long time! How can any team with a 4-8 record say they are better than anyone else?

Rebelk1969, you are about as cool as a kick in the sack! You should go run your truck off a bridge and do the rest of Mississippi a favor!

Well, some posters missed it already. He’s still heeeerrrrrrre! The only darkness about to hit is the cloud of NCAA sanctions about to hit Oxford because of your Madison alum who took a bunch of recruits on a trip they didn’t want to go on. The rebel way…if you can’t convince ‘em to come to “I’m better than U”, brow beat them and try to buy them if you have to. Definition of Classless is Nutt leaving in the first string defense until 2 minutes remaining in the egg bowl in 2008 in a 40-0 win. Dan Mullen takes a knee. You wimps just can’t handle that his teams don’t lay down and his comments are all to increse the rivalry and ticket sales.

NCAA sanctions against Ole Miss?? I think you’re confused considering State paid Cam Newton to play ($80,000) and he still jumped ship for Auburn and the big pay out. So you lost money, lost the player, and blew the whistle on Auburn without even truly knowing that any money changed hands. Not to mention that his entire recruitment was being handled by two former State College players and current boosters (also a violation). Genious, pure genious!

Amazing what the Hotel Robbers (Proven fact. Where is your proof?) can come up with when they have nothing to show for their season besides a lame Duck. Go whine to a site or someone that cares. And your school chooses… what was it? Winnie the Pooh? Boo Boo? Oooooo, the chill is down the back of all opponents as the intimidation factor is off the chart. Should have picked the mudcats. At least everyone knows they’re aggressive and can injure. And watch what you say or I’ll sic Jacksonville State on y’all again….

Bear Bryant said that about Auburn until a player by the name of Bo Jackson came to town.
