If convicted, Updyke could face 10 years in prison for each felony charge.
Not too long ago, Updyke said he was attacked while outside a convenience store, but no suspect has been found or arrested.
“There has been no activity in this case since the report has been made,” Elkins said. “There has been no witness to come forward, there has been no evidence collected. The investigators have nothing to work with.”
Updyke continues to pronounce his love for Alabama by saying, “Roll Damn Tide”.

What a clown!!! That really must have made for a bad year seeing as the defeat to Auburn at home after a huge lead, bama’s bitter rivals win the National Championship and you get indicted on 4 felonys and 2 misdemeanors all beacuse of it. LoL i’d sleep until new years to start off brand new again.
