The newly released team poster for the 2011 Florida Gators is hilarious. I mean seriously, what’s up with the Will Muschamp shot below? Since when do major college programs promote the intense-ninja-like stare of their head coach? I mean I like Muschamp and all, and find his intensity to be fun in a silly sort of way, but this is hard to take serious.
As a Florida fan, I’m starting to get nervous that the Gators are depending on this supreme intensity fuming from the head coach as a way to win games.
And while we’re at it, the Gator on top of Ben Hill Griffin Stadium is terrible too.
Not liking the poster, however, this team definitely needs a fuming coach to breathe some life into it.
Haha. That poster is hideous, but I do like Muschamp. Can he win? Who knows, but I think he will right the ship, eventually.
This poster is poorly put together and I feel like Muschamp’s eyes are staring straight into my soul… I do think this Florida team is on the rebound though. If not this year, then most definitely the next.
Looks like somebody just told him a “yo’ momma’s so fat….” joke that hit a little too close to home
Kinda has that “deer in the headlights” look, like he doesn’t know which way to run.
The gator reminds me of the one in Disney’s movie “The Princess and the Frog” (I have a 7yo daughter). He looks fat. Get rid of the gator, strink the image of Mussy (w/o the “ninja” starve…it looks like he’s madly constipated). We will see what UF does, although I like the Weis hire.
That gator at the top of the stadium looks like a muppet. Who would be intimidated by a muppet?
