Definitely not a Hogs fan, but after reading this and being an SEC fan… even I can say… damn, that sucks. Truly sorry to hear that.

Definitely a huge loss losing Davis for the year but “Arky’s” hopes didn’t all rest on Davis’ shoulders! Someone will step up and we will still win in t-town, and our defense is gonna win it! We got too many playmakers and Petrino will fill Davis’ spot with one of em!

Sad to see this happen to such a key piece to their offense. I thought he would be key to any success that Arkansas had and would take alot of pressure off of Wilson. With him out and a new offensive line I think Arky will struggle all year. You can almost count out wins against LSU, Bama, and Miss St. They’ll end up 8-4 and possibly 9-3 if they can come out on top of SC or A&M, but they’ll only win one of those, not both. Hate to hear this news but he will get the extra year of eligibility and its good that its his ankle and not his knee.

This is devastating for this offense and team. With Broderick Green already out for the season, only Dennis Johnson and Ronnie Wingo Jr will have any experience at running back.

Boooo…Arky still has a couple more quality backs, Wingo is the only name I recall though. I was looking forward to seeing Knile. I believe if he had been utilized more early in the season last year then Arky would have done much better. They definately would have iced Bama in the 4th quarter. Tough luck.
