It’s nearly kickoff. To encourage you to get your mind right for 2012 kickoff, we have 50 questions for you to consider. Some serious; some, well, not-so-serious.
- Will an SEC team win their 7th straight National Championship?
- Will an SEC team even make it to the BCS Championship Game?
- Will Lane Kiffin – a guy who couldn’t break the .500 mark in the SEC – be the coach who ends the streak?
- Will Matt Barkley win the Heisman?
- Will Matt Barkley waste his senior year by doing something stupid, like have a girlfriend?
- Honestly, how can you rank USC over Alabama?
- Is this a case of the USC not having real competition out west and Alabama having too much in the SEC, or do people really think Lane Kiffin and USC can beat Nick Saban and Alabama?
- Is Auburn really just going to let Alabama get away with the whole Tree Poisoning thing?

- Can Youtube get any better? I search “John L. Smith crazy” and a 1983 commercial for Dianetics pops up. Awesome.
- Can we finally go back to completely ignoring Baylor Football?
- Can Landry Jones or Aaron Murray overshadow Matt Barkley and emerge as the best QB in college football?
- Will former Penn State RB, Little Orphan Silas Redd be a difference maker for USC?
- Is Lane Kiffin the big winner in the Penn State Child Rape Scandal?
- Will Tyler’s Bray’s offseason drills of throwing golf balls and beer cans at his neighbor’s parked car translate to wins for the Vols?
- Should Tennessee fans be more concerned about Tyler Bray’s vandalism or that he is “partying” with 26 year old former video department nobodies?
- Who will Tennessee’s interim-head coach be and which week will he be hired?
- Why did the SEC add Texas A&M and Missouri, again?
- Will the rest of the Big 12 notice they left?
- Will Mizzou’s Über-Frosh, Dorial Green-Beckham –aka Baby Lebron – be the best freshman in America?
- Can Clemson WR Sammy Watkins possibly be better than last year?
- Will the FOX stylists continue to have Erin Andrews looking hotter than ever?
- Did Derek Jeter pull Erin Andrews after that picture?
- Will South Carolina DE/MLB/Freak Jadeveon Clowney be doing this a lot more this season?
- Can Vanderbilt continue their heroic march to the middle?
- Can Penn State continue their pathetic march to become the new Hofstra?
- Didn’t it seem like the BCS pretty much always got it right?

OK on #16. Do people realize that this is the same Zach Mettenberger that was kicked off Georgia’s team for too much partying and forcing his way on a female. I can’t believe this has been buried by the press so deep. The defending SEC champion’s QB has REAL character issues here and noone seems to want to talk about it.
