The Mackey Award is given out annually to the top tight end in the country. This year, the SEC has seven players on the watch list:
Chase Clement, LSU
Chris Gragg, Arkansas
Malcolm Johnson, Mississippi State
Philip Lutzenkirchen, Auburn
Mychal Rivera, Tennessee
Jordan Reed, Florida
Michael Williams, Alabama
All seven of these TEs will be very important to their teams this season.
