Cindrich had no proof to back it up and offered no explanations. Hell, he told Saban to ‘bring it on’. It sounded like he had a bone to pick with both Saban and the SEC.
We were all waiting for Saban to comment on the matter, but he never released a statement. His response would have been something like, “It’s all part of the process”.
Anyway, Bama fans were obviously upset, and when that passionate fan base gets upset, they come after you.
And they did just that on Twitter.
The hashtag #BamaMob was created in an allegiance to really go after Cindrich for his comments.
Bama fans’ threats were so harsh that Cincrich released the following statement on Twitter:
Complaints filed w/ US Attorney Hickton, DA Zappala, FBI Special Agent in Charge-Pgh Office. Terrorists threats from #BamaMob jagoffs.
And just this week, there was a “Twitter brawl” between Cindrich and another lawyer/football agent named John Phillips.
