Fans and analysts are running out of adjectives to describe the talented and deep stable of running backs that Alabama brings to the field in 2012. The team loses Trent Richardson and might have actually improved its ground game with the #1 offensive line in the country and the group of Eddie Lacy, TJ Yeldon, Jalston Fowler and Dee Hart.

The group was on display against Michigan with freshmen Yeldon likely stealing the show.

At 250 lbs, Jalston Fowler is often the lead blocker for Yeldon and the other guys. When the other RBs need a break, the versatile Fowler gets to carry the ball himself. He averaged over 8 yards a carry against Michigan.
