Here’s a look at the Vegas lines for each of the SEC games being played today:
Ole Miss heads to LSU and Vegas doesn’t think they have a shot. LSU opened as a 20-point home favorite, and the line is now down to 19. It’s a big spread to cover, but when LSU is on, they can blow teams out in the second half of football games.
Tennessee travels to Nashville to take on Vanderbilt in the in-state, annual battle. Vandy opened as a 2-point favorite, and the public is bailing on Dooley. The line has since moved up to 3.5. I’d probably take Tennessee with the points as this game will likely be close.
Arkansas goes to Mississippi State where Mullen hopes to get another SEC West win. His team is favored by six, down from the 6.5 spread earlier this week.
Syracuse at Missouri. The Tigers are a 5.5 point favorite, down from 6 points.
Many of the cupcake games have no lines, but here are some interesting non-SEC lines:
- Oregon is favored by 20.5 over Stanford
- Notre Dame is a 24-point favorite at home against Wake Forest
- Oklahoma is favored by 11 on the road at West Virginia
- Lane Kiffin’s Trojans are favored by 3.5 at UCLA
