The Jacksonville Jaguars finally hired their new head coach in Seattle Seahawks defensive coordinator Gus Bradley.
And with Bradley’s hire, Florida defensive coordinator Dan Quinn could emerge as the top defensive coordinator target.
Quinn coached under Bradley in Seattle in 2009 and 2010 as the defensive line coach, before heading to Florida with Will Muschamp the last two years.
Florida had arguably the top defense in the country this season, and the development of key players along the defensive line including Dominique Easley, Sharrif Floyd, Lerentee McCray, Jon Bullard and Dante Fowler was key.
In similarly parallel news, the Philadelphia Eagles are already targeting Georgia defensive coordinator Todd Grantham.
There is a “strong possibility” Florida DC Dan Quinn will return to Seattle to replace Gus Bradley as DC, though CLEV and PHIL interested.
