According to a report from 247Sports.com, Florida freshman offensive lineman Jessamen Dunker was booked into the Alachua County Jail at 12:01 PM on charges of a non-moving traffic violation and grand theft of a motor vehicle.
The grand theft auto charge is a third-degree felony, and the traffic violation was driving on a suspended license.

Sources tell me Dunker was arrested for stealing a moped on campus. Trying to confirm that with UPD.

Update from 247Sports with quotes from Major Brad Barber on the arrest:
“He was observed by one of our police officers riding on a scooter that did not have a tag attached to the scooter,” major Brad Barber said. “Traffic stop was initiated, and during that stop it was determined that he was driving on a license that had been suspended. He was aware of that. The scooter, in fact, was stolen.”
Upon his arrest today for grand theft, Jessamen Dunker told police he didn’t steal the scooter and had purchased it for $600.

Obviously he’s innocent until proven guilty, but if he is guilty, it just opens up another scholly for Florida who will indeed go after another offensive lineman, I’d say.
On second thought with it being a scooter – Is stealing a scooter even considered as grand theft auto?
No duh.
