Texas A&M kicked off spring practice last Saturday, and here’s a look at the spring depth chart.
Of note, the Aggies have seven new faces in their front seven this spring. Starting tackle Kirby Ennis has some things to take care of internally after his arrest and suspension, and linebacker Steven Jenkins is recovering from shoulder surgery.
Kevin Sumlin expressed prior to the start of practice that he would like to have his two-deep set after practice ends, via TexAgs.
“For us, we’d like to have a two-deep. I don’t know, because of numbers in the spring, if that’s going to be the case – or will ever be the case, because of the way programs are now. We’ve got to replace some people but, more than anything else, we’ve got some guys here that have been role players that have to step forward. And we have to develop some leadership on this team.”
