Cam Newton, Bo Jackson memorabilia stolen from Auburn locker room

Twenty items were taken from the Jordan-Hare locker room with an estimated value of $16,823, including Bo Jackson and Cam Newton helmets and jerseys.

Three Auburn freshmen – John D. Williams, 19; Nicholas J. Calvin, 18; and Zachary S. Keeler, 18 – were arrested and charged Wednesday with felonies of first-degree theft of property and third-degree burglary. Bond was set at $8,000 for the three suspects, according to Opelika-Auburn News.

  • Football cleats, white – $145
  • Football pants – $110
  • Pair of wide receiver gloves, orange – $41
  • Pair of wide receiver gloves, white – $41
  • Under Armour girdle – $50
  • Under Armour compression shirt, blue – $40
  • Pair of Under Armour wristbands, orange – $20
  • Pair of socks – $15
  • Under Armour wristband, orange – $10
  • Laundry loop – $4

The incident occurred in the late hours of March 21 and March 22, as recorded on the police report, and as of Friday, the APD was still investigating how the intruders actually got into the locker room.
