Two in-state players were awarded scholarships by Arkansas head coach Bret Bielema.
Bielema confirmed that defensive end Jake Hall and fullback Tyler Colquitt have both been put on scholarship for the second summer session. Hall is from Springdale and was considered the No. 1,049 overall player of the 2014 recruiting class, as well as the No. 51 overall strong side defensive end. Colquitt is a Little Rock native and wasn’t ranked by 247Sports as a prospect, but he averaged 9.5 yards per carry and scored seven touchdowns last season as a high school senior.
Arkansas kicks off the season against Auburn on August 30.
