Former Alabama staff member Ronnie Letson joins Georgia’s in-house recruiting staff as the Bulldogs’ new Director of Player Personnel. Letson replaces Daryl Jones, who recently left the program.
“Ronnie has a vast wealth of knowledge in both on-field coaching and organizational skills that will be a great asset to our program,” UGA coach Mark Richt said in a statement. “His career has been spent in the southeast, and he knows the landscape of college football.”
Letson most recently served as Alabama’s offensive analyst, and he was a former three-year letterman at Ole Miss. He is also the former offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Jacksonville State from 2004 to 2012.
