Mark Richt’s son joins the Georgia coaching staff

Jon Richt is joining his father’s coaching staff at Georgia, according to multiple reports. He’ll serve as the team’s volunteer quality control assistant for the Bulldogs after working with the quarterbacks at D1 Nashville.

Richt was a member of Clemson’s 2008 signing class as a two-star pro-style quarterback, and he eventually transferred to Mars Hill, where he finished out his playing career in 2012.
