NFL Draft rewind: Kentucky has put 8 players in the NFL over last five years

The NFL Draft is just around the corner on May 8th. SDS will take you around the SEC to look at every team and just how many players they have put into the league over the last five years.

Kentucky isn’t known for putting too many players in the NFL Draft, but they have put one of the finest in do-it-all Randall Cobb with the Packers. Cobb is transforming into one of the better players in the league after being drafted in 2011.

Kentucky’s 2010 draft class of three players is the highest in the last five years. The Cats have put eight players in the NFL over the last five years:

Winston Guy, Seattle (6th round)
Danny Trevathan, Denver (6th round)

2011 (1)

Randall Cobb, Green Bay (2nd round)
