SEC announces early season kickoff times and TV schedule


ESPN announced kickoff times and TV schedules for some early season SEC games. All 13 contests were previously unannounced:

South Dakota State at Missouri, 3:30pm ET on ESPNU
Clemson at Georgia, 5:30pm ET on ESPN
Idaho at Florida, 7pm ET on ESPNU

Week 2
UAB at Mississippi State, 2pm ET on FSN
Ohio at Kentucky, 3:30pm ET on ESPNU
Ole Miss at Vanderbilt, 4:30pm ET on ESPN
San Jose State at Auburn, 7pm ET on ESPN2 or ESPNU
East Carolina at South Carolina, 7pm ET on ESPN2 or ESPNU

Week 3
Massachusetts at Vanderbilt, noon ET on FSN
Southern Mississippi at Alabama, 6pm ET on ESPN2
Louisiana-Monroe at LSU, 7pm ET on ESPNU
Rice at Texas A&M, 9pm ET on ESPN2

I can already hear Athens buzzing at the thought of Clemson coming into town; the Bulldogs are looking for a little revenge and some payback.

  • Week 1 – Clemson va UGA at 5:30 pm but Idaho vs. UF at 7? those game times really should be swapped. I’d much rather watch Clemson/UGA in more of a prime time slot than the other game.

    • Can’t think of two teams I dislike more: UGA and Clem5on…therefore, it is irrelevant to me what time they play as I can’t bring myself to watch. Wish it could end in a 0-0 tie.

      • Don’t worry, Psiddle, we’ll take care of Clemson. They are replacing key players and if their spring practice is any indication, their quarterback and defensive positions are uneasy to sat the least. You just worry about week 3 when the Dawgs end the nations longest home winning streak!
