Which SEC offenses have been the most balanced over the last five years?

Offensive balance is not necessary to winning championships. 2013 Auburn had the SEC’s most unbalanced offense, and they ate up offensive yardage like it was nobody’s business.

Over the last three years, four SEC teams stand out as being the ‘most’ balanced: Alabama, Florida, LSU and Mississippi State.

The Crimson Tide are the only team in the SEC to rush and pass for over 14,000 yards the last five seasons. Does that surprise anyone?

Auburn is the only SEC team to rush for more yards than it has passed. Tennessee has recorded the fewest rushing yards the last five years with 8,731. That’s 631 fewer than the next lowest rusher, Arkansas.
