Several former SEC players hit rookie mini-camp this week and started earning their paychecks, although many have yet to agree upon and sign an actual deal. Among the notables that participated in rookie camp are Jadeveon Clowney and Johnny Manziel.
The Giants cancelled rookie mini-camps; so, Odell Beckham isn’t pictured. The Dolphins and Chiefs don’t start mini-camp until this week, and Ja’Wuan James and Dee Ford are also not pictured. Dominique Easley is limited in practice because of his ACL recovery, but he should be full-go for 2014.
Here are seven first-round picks who have participated in their teams’ rookie mini camps:
Jadeveon Clowney, 90, Houston Texans
Greg Robinson, 79, St. Louis Rams (pictured with Tre Mason)
Jake Matthews, 70, Atlanta Falcons
Mike Evans, 13, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
CJ Mosley, 57, Baltimore Ravens
Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, 21, Green Bay Packers
Johnny Manziel, 2, Cleveland Browns
