Alabama QB commit compares himself to AJ McCarron in latest highlight reel
One thing that can be said about Alabama quarterback commitment Mac Jones is that he does not shy away from lofty comparisons.

McCarron, now with the Cincinnati Bengals, joined the Tide in 2009, redshirting that fall and playing from 2010-13, guiding Alabama to back-to-back national championships in 2011 and 2012. The 2013 Heisman Trophy runner-up owns the school records for career passing yards (9,019) and career passing touchdowns (77).
Jones, a 6-foot-2, 180-pound product of the Bolles School in Jacksonville flipped his commitment from Kentucky to Alabama on June 7. He is ranked by 247Sports Composite as the No. 14 pro-style prospect of the 2017 class.
Update: Jones’ tweet with the video has been deleted.
