Alabama QB has transferred, excited to start a new chapter
Last month, it was reported that Alabama backup QB Alec Morris intended to transfer to North Texas following the conclusion of the Crimson Tide’s season.
Well, Morris made a significant addition to his jewelry collection by sticking things out to be a part of Alabama’s national title win against Clemson on Monday.
Wise decision.
He also held true to his word about transferring shortly after the celebration.
Perhaps another wise decision for a guy that had fallen behind on the Crimson Tide depth chart:

Morris is reportedly planning to be a graduate transfer, which means he should be eligible to play immediately for a North Texas team that won just one game last season and will be under the direction of a new head coach.
According to his Twitter account, it appears as though Morris has already made the trip to Denton:
