Alabama fans will continue to get to see Derrick Henry on Saturdays this fall. While he won’t be suiting up for the Crimson Tide, Henry will be seen on TV screens throughout this football season in Nissan ads as part of the company’s fictional Heisman House.

Henry visited Nissan’s North American headquarters Friday in Franklin, Tenn. for the Heisman House announcement and to pick up his choice of Nissan vehicle, in this case a red, 2016 Titan XD Platinum Reserve truck.

During a question-and-answer session at the event, the Titans rookie was asked what he plans to say to Georgia alumnus and 1982 Heisman winner, Herschel Walker, whose single-season rushing record of 1,891 rushing yards Henry broke in 2015 with 2,219 yards on the ground.

“I’m just going to give him hugs,” Henry replied, according to ESPN.

We think that’s a wise choice, Mr. Henry.
