It’s safe to assume there aren’t enough hours in the day for Nick Saban’s liking. Fortunately, the Alabama head coach knows how to speed up his travel process.

For their in-home visit with 4-star quarterback commit Mac Jones, Saban and offensive line coach Brent Key showed up in a helicopter. This has become a trend among SEC coaches in recent years, but it still is an effective means of impressing a recruit.

Jones is one of two quarterbacks committed to Alabama in the 2017 class, along with the nation’s No. 1 dual-threat passer, Tua Tagovailoa. He is the No. 14 pro-style quarterback prospect, according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings.
