After earning its third consecutive SEC title Saturday night, Alabama has officially done everything it could to stake claim to the No. 1 overall ranking in the final College Football Playoff poll. Come Sunday, there’s no doubt who will top the committee’s poll heading into bowl season, the only question now is who will the Tide face in Atlanta’s Peach Bowl?

Most speculate the No. 4 spot will be claimed by Pac-12 champion Washington. Coming off a league championship of its own, the Huskies only defeat this season was a 26-13 loss at home against USC. If the Crimson Tide does face off against Washington in Atlanta, expect Alabama to be a big favorite.

According to former GameDay host Chris Fowler, the spread could be as big as 14 points at opening:

While Alabama would have the obvious talent advantage, Washington head coach Chris Petersen has yet to be put on college football’s center stage with this much talent of his own. If nothing else, the coaching matchup in this game would be worth the price of admission.

Who would you favor in the Peach Bowl if the Tide had to lay 14 points to the Huskies?
