It’s not exactly news at this point that Tua Tagovailoa is good at football.

However, the Alabama quarterback is dominating in such a way that it’s hard not to be amazed at what he’s doing.

In just short of three quarters of play on Saturday against Texas A&M, Tagovailoa threw for 387 yards, four touchdowns and zero interceptions. That gave him a quarterback rating of 225.7, and improved his season QB rating to 230.5.

That, as you can see below, is 14.7 points higher than any other quarterback and 30.8 points higher than the next-closest SEC quarterback:

Tagovailoa gives Alabama perhaps the most-dynamic offense of the Nick Saban era, and it’ll be fun to continue watching him throw.

He could end up on stage in New York with the Heisman Trophy at the end of the year if he keeps this pace up.
