ESPN analyst Paul Finebaum was on ESPNU’s College Football Sunday to share his thoughts on Alabama’s 33-14 takedown of No. 6 Texas A&M.

After discussing the Crimson Tide’s slow start, Finebaum said he saw enough from Alabama that he doesn’t think anyone can beat the No. 1 squad this season.

“The Eddie Jackson injury I think is difficult for them, but there is so much talent on that Alabama defense across the board that the bye week comes at a very good time,” he said. “Quite frankly, I know Auburn fans are excited, and they should be, and LSU fans, but I don’t see anybody beating Alabama.”

Alabama has a bye next week before traveling to Baton Rouge to take on LSU on Saturday, Nov. 5. Death Valley isn’t an easy place to play, so if the Tide pass that test, they could end up undefeated at the end of the season.
