Arkansas RB commit runs for over 30 yards per carry to begin senior season
Well known for its history of success at the running back position, Arkansas looks to have found its next great player in Tennessee prospect Chase Hayden – who committed back in July.
This summer, Hayden was only listed as a three-star prospect before turning heads at Nike’s elite Opening camp. Following the conclusion of the camp, Hayden measured out as one of the most explosive athletes in the country. Carrying over that success, the Collierville senior opened his final high school season with a monster performance, rushing for 246 yards and four touchdowns on only eight carries – that’s over 30 yards per rush.
Mr. Football @Chase_Hayden2 throws down the gauntlet. 246 yards on just 8 carries and four TDs (72, 61, 36, 27). 70-yard TD for @ben_glass10

Now a four-star recruit, it’s safe to assume Hayden’s stock is only going to continue to rise before he eventually suits up for the Razorbacks. If Hayden continues to progress and true freshman Devwah Whaley lives up to the hype, Arkansas very well could have the best combination of running backs in the SEC West for years to come.
