Bret Bielema appeared on set of the Paul Finebaum show this afternoon during the broadcast live from Fayetteville, Ark.

Among other topics, Bielema talked about the Razorbacks’ non-conference schedule and mentioned he’d be interested in playing the University of Miami in the future.

Here’s what Bielema had to say on the topic:

“We have upcoming games against Michigan, a home and home which I think is going to be awesome for the league and us in general. We’re talking to some teams. You know maybe a Miami. We do a lot of recruiting in Florida so that kind of intrigues me. I know Jeff’s talked about some Pac-12 teams. Maybe a USC, a Washington something there. I think with us in the SEC, we’re going to play eight games and that’s kind of been set, and it’s enough for me and everyone else in this league. But of those other four games, we want one of those to be a marquee game.”

Arkansas plays TCU in 2016 and 2017, then Michigan in both 2018 and 2019.
