No “Mount Rushmore” of Arkansas Razorbacks athletics would be complete without Frank Broyles.

That’s the truth.

When news broke Monday that the former coach and athletic director had died at 92, sports fans and figures from all over the country mourned the loss.

Many others poured in their support on Twitter and shared stories of Broyles’ coaching tenure.

Arkansas athletic director Jeff Long referred to Broyles as the “patriarch” of the Razorback family.
