According to Auburn head coach Gus Malzahn, Jeremy Johnson will start at quarterback for the Tigers in Saturday’s Iron Bowl clash versus in-state rival Alabama.

This will be Johnson’s second start in two weeks. Sean White — the team’s starter for the vast majority of the season — has been battling a shoulder injury.

On the year, Johnson has gone 18-of-25 for 185 yards and a touchdown this season. He was 14-of-19 for 147 yards and a touchdown last weekend in the win over Alabama A&M.
