Jarrett Stidham has another year of eligibility remaining, but many people believe the Auburn quarterback could leave school for the NFL in 2019.

With the season winding down, Stidham was asked by the media on Tuesday about his status for 2019. But the Tigers’ QB didn’t give much indication which way he is leaning with his decision.

“I plan to be living and breathing, God willing,” Stidham joked with the media, including the Opelika-Auburn News. “I haven’t given it much thought.”

Stidham is in his second season as the quarterback at Auburn. This year, he has passed for 2,116 yards and 10 touchdowns. In 2017, his first season after transferring from Baylor, Stidham had 3,158 passing yards and 18 touchdowns.

If Stidham decides to enter the NFL, he will likely be one of the top quarterbacks available in the 2019 draft.

However, there is still some time before Stidham has to make his final decision. Auburn has two games remaining in the regular season — Liberty and Alabama.

Auburn and Liberty are set to kick off at 4 p.m. ET on Saturday.
