On Thursday, the Cleveland Browns waived former Auburn WR Sammie Coates after a lackluster season.

On Friday, Coates found a new team, reportedly heading to Houston to join the Texans.

According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, Coates was claimed by the Texans on waivers on Friday afternoon, meaning he’ll be on his third team in four years:

Coates started his NFL career with the Pittsburgh Steelers, but was traded to the Browns in September. Now, he’ll try to make it work with the Texans, who already have two star receivers in DeAndre Hopkins and Will Fuller IV.

Coates has made 28 catches for 516 yards and two touchdowns in his NFL career. If his 2018 season with the Texans doesn’t yield more results, he could be out of a job once again.
