Saturday’s Iron Bowl is a make-or-break game for coach Gus Malzahn and the No. 6 Auburn Tigers.

A loss would crush the team’s College Football Playoff hopes and may cost Malzahn his job, while a win would send the Tigers to the SEC Championship Game.

On Tuesday, after the CFP rankings were announced, Malzahn joined the ESPN show and discussed the upcoming game. He said the key to beating No. 1 Alabama will be to control both lines of scrimmage.

“It’s all up front,” he said. “We have to win up front. That’s going to be a big key.”

Against a team as big as the Crimson Tide, that will obviously be easier said than done, but it’s not impossible, especially with the way the Tigers have been playing in recent weeks.

All eyes will be on the Iron Bowl on Saturday afternoon, and it’ll be interesting to see if the Tigers can pull off the upset.
