The Auburn Tigers will have to replace QB Jarrett Stidham for the 2019 season, and have some interesting options like Joey Gatewood, Malik Willis, Bo Nix and Cord Sandberg on the roster.

However, they could also get involved in the transfer market, and it appears they may be trying to do just that.

Per a story posted on Oklahoma transfer QB Austin Kendall’s Instagram page, Kendall is in Auburn on Monday evening:

Kendall has been at Oklahoma the past three years, serving as a backup for Heisman-winning quarterbacks Baker Mayfield and Kyler Murray.

The Sooners are also looking into some graduate transfer options for the 2019 season, though, so perhaps Kendall saw the writing on the wall. In four games in 2018, he threw for 122 yards and a touchdown.
