Auburn is patiently awaiting the arrival of graduate transfer LB T.J. Neal.

The former Illinois linebacker recorded 109 tackles last season and will be eligible to contribute for the Tigers this fall after receiving admission to Auburn’s graduate school.

He just has to– you know– graduate from Illinois at the end of this school semester before he can load the car up and drive south.

With 244 career tackles through three seasons, Neal has the potential to be a plug-and-play tackler for new defensive coordinator Kevin Steele in the fall.

Auburn fans are right to be excited.
