Big things are expected from the Auburn offense this fall. When Gus Malzahn settled on Chip Lindsey as the replacement for Rhett Lashlee at offensive coordinator, the coach decided to hand over the play-calling responsibilities.

For many Tigers fans, the biggest question of the spring has been how the offense will look under Lindsey with new QB Jarrett Stidham. Auburn’s Twitter account recently shared a video of Lindsey mic’d up at practice, including his work with Stidham and the other quarterbacks.

Stidham recently told AL.com’s Wesley Sinor he holds no hard feelings over being recruited by Lashlee only to have him for another job.

“It’s just part of the business,” Stidham said. “Obviously whenever I came here I thought coach Lashlee was going to be here and me and him are still tight; we’ll talk every other week just to check up on each other but when it happened, like I said it’s part of the business. Coach Lindsey is a great offensive coordinator, a great, great guy and I’m grateful that he’s here with us and I think he’s going to be really good for us.”
