We here at SDS know that recruiting is a year-round sport, and we love it just as much as you do. Let’s take a look and see how well each of the teams are recruiting for 2013. Georgia and Florida are off to a hot start, while Arkansas and Kentucky are struggling. Here are your recruiting updates for May:

This class feels a lot like Missouri’s to me. A&M signed a few big-name guys, and the rest of the recruits will start out pretty far down the depth chart. RB Trey Williams is one of the best running backs in the nation, and I think Williams will be a significant contributor next year.

Steve Spurrier continued to prove why he’s one of the best in the business in the 2011 campaign. Not only did he put together back-to-back 10-win seasons, he did it in 2011 after losing his QB and RB in mid-season. Fortunately for the Gamecocks, they only have to replace a few guys on the offensive side of the ball.
