I already addressed this as well. The QB "group" only referenced one player. If it's a requirement to measure multiple players for each group, why did that one get a bye? I can think of two teams played more than one QB (UGA, Florida) off the top of my head. If all other "groups" are required to use multiple players, then the QB group should come down to teams who played more than one QB as well.
No. You haven't come at me with nothing but insults & stupidity like this other guy.
You're right, it is typical. I use facts & logic, and people just spew unfounded hate. You got me.
No. I'm not an officer, I'm not in uniform, and I'm inside. You can, however, stop being an idiot. Then I'd feel better about my job choice.
When did I whine? I stated my case with factual evidence. You've brought absolutely nothing to the table except for slinging mud, and I'm the whiner. Good job, young 20 something who probably still lives in his mom's basement. You have fun with that, while I enjoy my military career. Which, by the way, keeps me in pretty good shape.
But really easy to remember things like 34-0.
Still doesn't make sense. The QB "group" only mentioned one QB. If it's not a requirement for one, it shouldn't be a requirement for any. I still don't see how two backs doing only marginally better in one category (YPC) against a mediocre defense tops one doing better against a better defense. Hell, the 2 Mizzou backs only scored 1 TD between them. Chubb scored 2 himself.
Call me a homer, but I fail to see how the RB ranking work. 1) Mizzou needed two backs (as you've stated) to get 271 yards on 27 attempts (as you've stated) for an impresseve 10YPC. However, that was against the FBS's 74th ranked rush defense (as per the official NCAA website). 2) Georgia needed just one (Nick Chubb) to put 269 yards on 33 carries, for a 8.2 YPC (still very impressive). Even more impressive considering Louisville has the nations 11th best rush defense. He more than doubled their average allowed yards (110 YPG), and more than doubled their YPC (3.29 yards). He also scored 2 TD's on the ground (they only allowed 12 all year). He was the bowl game's MVP, as well as setting an SEC bowl record in rush yards, made his 8th straight 100+ yard game, and the second highest single game rushing total in team history. As a TRUE freshman. But, ya know, that extra 1.8 YPC totally makes more sense.
