What I want to know is how does a presumably professional PR dept. accidentally release a press statement? What does it mean that such a thing could happen? Was it issued "accidentally-on-purpose" for some reason, or was it really someone's screw-up? Has this kind of thing happened before in college ball? & what was the truth about it then?
