Tride and true football fan of all levels of ball

Are you remotely suggesting Croom was snubbed because was black? That is an insult to everyone involved. It's actually possible that two very strong minded individuals may have struggled to find a comfort level. Coach Croom will not take being ranted at by anyone, except Bear Bryant.
With Nick Saban, the terms "BS" and "rants" don't really apply. "Impossibly high standards" is the term.
Volbeefcake, wow, your bitterness is incurable. You know absolutely nothing about the man except the team he coaches dominates your team, prison style, on an annual basis. That doesn't look to be changing for a while.
Well, one sick dude poisoned the trees. An entire student body rolled Toomers. Just a slight difference.
Hey, numskull, Alabama holds nearly every historical record and achievement that can be accomplished by a football program. That was mostly true before Saban arrived. Being hated by ignoramous jealous fans of other SEC teams is nothing new. Since you opened this can, check the historical record of Bama versus your team. I'd bet your teams is just another on the list of long time beyotches.
Hold up a minute. The program was weak and less than stable for several years, but we still had a winning record. We were losing to our rivals who, at the time, were having some of the best success in the history of their programs, with Tuberville at Auburn, Saban and then Miles at LSU, Fulmer at Tennessee, and a few others. Bobby Bowden, Joe Paterno, Saban, Pete Carroll, and Mack Brown were dominating the national scene. Still, we had top 10 finishes and national rankings several times. Let's just say it was a period of sub Bear Bryant performance. It all change after Nick arrived.
And you will still be enjoying Coach O in his permanent interim head coaching position.
Or the "offsides" call on our guard in the shadow of the goal line.
Nobody's offensive line has blocked the Tide all season.
John Crist, just read the rest of these comments. They are spot on. While you've still got time, and since you don't have millions upon millions that you've earned in your profession (Tim does), why don't you jump to your next best opportunity for a paycheck and be a beat writer for a some MSNBC affiliate in the northwest. You could be a) negative, b) wrong, c) stupid, and d) irrelevant, and you'd still have found your purpose in life.
It's sad and funny at the same time. Sports "writers", who can't and never could hit a lick, get all giggly when they get to refer to Tim as a "failed" pro football player. What a joke! If you get invited to camp, you're not a failure. If you make a roster, you're not a failure. If you ever start for your team, you're not a failure. If you start for your team, lead them to a string of wins, and into the playoffs, and past the first round, beating a previous Super Bowl champion, YOU'RE NOT A FAILURE. Tim's talents did not fit into the NFL. Clearly, he won games for his team by taking the team on his shoulders. Wow. What a bunch of losers. If I was Tim Tebow, and if I had the slightest chance to play another professional sport, I would not hesitate. Good thing he would never be deterred by the bitter peanut gallery.
This is too good to be true. My deepest hope is that we have another complex scenario brewing, where seemingly unrelated events and actions begin to coalesce into what looks like two trains running on the same track, directly towards one another. One train is called trouble, and the other is called "karma". As someone who truly loves the Alabama football, and appreciates the privilege of watching how achievers achieve, and teach others to achieve, I would be willing to drop an important game, even miss the playoffs, to watch a Nick Saban Crimson Tide, take Michigan down hard and make Jimmy H feel the shame he is bringing on himself and the Michigan program.
@@guy at the end, > well,..... we are talking about Vol fans, so.....
Complete and utter bullshirt. Coach Pinkel has only one stance to take with the players he loves. It would be the same as he should take with him own kids. "I love you young men like sons, I'm here for you in whatever capacity I can be here for you in this life, I pray our relationship is a lifelong one and not just a temporary player and coach. I support you as young men who will take their place one day in this world, hopefully to make a positive difference for everyone you are connected to. I fully support your right to take a position and take a stand for your cause and beliefs. I share your beliefs but do not share the position you taking. Having the right to take a position, then taking one, will bring consequences that you must be prepared to deal with. I say this is a matter that can be dealt with in a number of other ways that do not exact a high a price from you as this one will. I pray that you reconsider and let us finish what we started. Your commitment is to this school and not to Tom Wolfe. Let's let the proper channels deal with Mr. Wolfe. Signed, Gary Pinkel
"Do what you gotta do…. hahaha" ....to accomplish what? Embarrass the Arkansas program on a national stage? Embarrass yourself on a national stage? Was this a move the coaches discussed as part of their strategy to beat Alabama? It's too bad and too sad, the Arkansas players played exceptionally well and very hard against a team with just a little bit more talent. They deserve better than that from their coaches.
Mythic514, it will be time for this Bama fan to start hating the Vols in a couple of weeks, but for today, congrats to Tennessee on an incredible and exciting comeback. Glad to see the Vols returning to the national stage. I'm just hoping they peak out just a little bit below BAMA!
Win Gates, you're a candy @$$ cry baby. When Arkansas beats Alabama, you won't hear me talk like you on a forum. Maybe to some friends who are Bama fans, but not here. Congratulate your opponent and be done with it. You're coach is full of razorback excrement.
Dude, you're delusional. Watch the video over and over and over until you see what the rest of the world saw.
Whatever. The official was standing right beside the two players when Robinson pushed the other guy. You don't know what he heard. You don't know the severity of the push. You couldn't see the looks on their faces. Bielema is, on some levels, an idiot and he showed the world. He got his @$$ tore up and it will happen again.
I'm sure that on some levels, this seems silly and harmless, but I just lost a tremendous amount of respect for this man. He revealed something about his character. The joy he shows as a result of his deception on a 20 year old kid is unacceptable. Hey Brett, Saban just spanked your @$$ and next time it will be much, much worse.
Okay clown, back 2 back, congrats, you finally got a great coach. Since we are sitting at something like 44 out of 52 vs. OM, good luck catching up. Coach Freeze (sp) is a class act and so were the OM players. Some OM fans, not so much.
You haters are idiots. You would never call it "batting" if your team did this. "Batting" means a clear attempt to blatantly and purposefully move the ball closer to the goal line, which not what this was. Two members of the receiving team were attempting to catch the ball and the Alabama player extended as high as he could to catch or keep that from happening, which is not against the rules, because after 10 yards it is a live ball. The refs absolutely got this right because there was no call to be made.

Next up for you? Watching Bama kick your team's a$$. Feel free to tweet emotionally.
Not exactly, but it's your right and privilege to remember the game however you choose.
Clean or not, we will still beat MState
