This is one of the point i've been trying to get to the powers that be and the SEC fan base! It started with expansion , this means two more teams from the MIDWEST swooping into our recruiting grounds. Like a wildlife preserve the southeast needs protecting!! Plus we already have to deal with a horrid man who IMO is the man who set UT back a few years and told Alshon Jeffery if he went to S.Carolina he would end up pumping gas! Trent is a great RB ! But the fact that it took two weeks just to catch Marcus Lattimore and he still hasn't caught some of his stats from this season such as TD's scored! Richardson still only has 6 TD's if i'm not mistaken. I know injuries are an ugly part of the sport I love. I just feel had Lattimore not torn his ACL the Gamecocks (may) have beaten ARK be in the top 5 of the BCS ,headed to the SEC championship with the leading heisman candidate. Of course , this is just one mans opinion. But I do wish the media would give Lattimore some attention. But I also believe next year Lattimore will earn it as he turns more heads! Looking at strength of schedule ,ARK has maintained well through adversity then beats #9 S.Carolina(my team!) yet still get jumped by weaker conference teams! The Gamecock DEFENSE played an OUTSTANDING game! 1st when Devin Taylor grabs the pick six only to see the SPECIAL TEAMS give it back on the VERY NEXT PLAY!!!
