Grier's playing days at Florida were over long before he decided to transfer. It would have been complete chaos if Coach Mac would have named him starter for game 7. That just wasn't going to happen. Grier did what was best for himself and that was to leave Gainesville. It's time to turn the page and start developing Franks. Treon Harris is a big kid? Listed on the roster as 5'11 and 190 pounds. Not that rosters are ever exaggerated but I'm willing to bet he is 5'10" and 180 pounds. He looks pretty small on the field. We'll see if he's an upgrade @ QB. God knows he can't be any worse than Driskel. He has his work cut out for him for sure. This is Muschamp's desperate attempt at facing the inevitable. Maybe Muschamp will learn at his next gig (if he ever gets another crack as a HBC) is that he needs to keep his hands off the offense and that being stubborn is a crappy attribute as a head coach. He's fine with sticking with the defense. It's all the other stuff he stinks at!
