The Florida Gators got some good news on Tuesday night when it was revealed that four of the nine players who were suspended for the entire 2017 season for credit card fraud would be reinstated to the team.

One of those players was star RB Jordan Scarlett, who ran for 889 yards and six touchdowns in 2016. The Florida offense will be better off with him back in the mix.

Heading into the offseason, Scarlett tweeted that he’s hungrier than ever to prove that the Gators made the right decision to reinstate him, as you can see below:

Scarlett will rejoin a backfield that includes Lamical Perine and Malik Davis (when he recovers from a knee injury).

The Gators should have plenty of depth at running back next year, and it’ll be interesting to see how Scarlett fits into that mix now that he’s back with the team.
