William Wallace battles through his love/hate relationship with Coach Boom and presents his weekly diary on the current job status of Florida Head Coach Will Muschamp.

Will Muschamp’s Job Status:

Employed, barely. Head Football Coach, University of Florida.

Week One Projection:

Florida 20, Idaho 13.  Florida State hung 80 on Idaho last season.  FSU had the fourth best offense in college football and Florida had the 117th, so 20 points might be super aggressive, but Coach Boom will have the Gators fired up for their first win in 329 days.

Strategy Against Idaho:

Defense: Be attacking, ball hawking killers. Play like Gods.

Offense: Fast paced and relentless, showing progressive philosophical changes under Kurt Roper… until the first turnover. After that look for the Gators to scratch all plays that could potentially put the defense in a tough spot. Maybe a few punts on third down.

Projected Florida Gators Record:

6-6

Chances of Muschamp getting fired this season:

100% (Until he looks like he’s winning 9+ games)

If Fired, Projected Firing Day:

September 14th, after 14-13 loss to Kentucky’s men’s football team at home. (It can happen).

Projected Will Muschamp Job for 2015:

After confirming the rumor that he has been undercover Sleeper Agent, who slowly poisoned Florida from within, he’ll takes his dream job as Defensive Coordinator/Linebacker coach for the University of Georgia.

How Muschamp Can Save His Job:

Put the best defense in college football on the field. That will get him to seven wins.  To save his job, though, he’ll need to trust Kurt Roper to do whatever he needs to do to score  25 points… and he probably needs to stay off twitter.

What He Meant to Say:

“Turnovers mean the defense is on the field longer, making it harder to play at the intense level I demand of my guys. It’s the same reason I refuse to score fast touchdowns.”

Muschamp’s Successor Power Rankings:

1.) Kliff Kingsbury
2.) Gary Andersen
3.) Tim Tebow

4,685,220.) Aaron Hernandez
4,685,221.) Ron Zook.
