Georgia was off to a quick start in the first half of its game against Mississippi State on Saturday.

The Bulldogs jumped out to a quick 14-0 lead and quarterback Jake Fromm looked unstoppable.

Fromm had zero incomplete passes through the first quarter, and then if that wasn’t impressive enough, he remained perfect through the second stanza. His performance caught the attention of at least one national analyst early on.

By halftime, Fromm was 8-for-8 with 160 passing yards and a touchdown. He averaged precisely 20 yards per completion.

That’s certainly a tough pace to hold, but if it continues, it’s going to be tough for Mississippi State to come back.

Georgia went into the halftime break with a 14-3 lead.
