On Thursday night, Florida commit Matt Corral, a 4-star quarterback, flipped to Ole Miss, leaving new Florida coach Dan Mullen scrambling for a new 2018 quarterback.

As many speculate that he’ll be coming after No. 2 overall 2018 player Justin Fields, Georgia coach Kirby Smart, OC Jim Chaney and RB coach Dell McGee stopped by the Fields residence to put in some face time with the star UGA commit.

It seems as if Fields is happy with his decision so far, so it’ll be tough for Mullen to flip him to Florida.

However, that doesn’t mean he’ll stop trying. Everyone thought Corral was 100-percent committed to the Gators before he made a last-second decision to switch.
